These terms of sale and delivery apply to the purchase of goods on beady.fun.

To shop at beady.fun you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid credit card that we accept.
Payment and delivery
We accept Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners, Discover & JCB, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Pay. If MobilePay is used for payment, a fee is charged for the underlying payment card.
The amount is only deducted when the item is shipped.
Prices are stated in Danish kroner. The cost of shipping must be added to the price. You choose the shipping method at the end of the order process and you will be shown the exact price for the shipping method you have chosen. Prices vary between 39.00 and 169.00.
The order will be delivered 1-2 business days after your purchase, however, we typically deliver the next business day after your order if you order before 16:00. At product level, you can always see the expected delivery time.
We deliver the goods with Post Nord or GLS and deliver throughout Denmark, as shown in our checkout when you select the delivery address.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel an agreement without giving reasons within 30 days.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or another person of your choice obtains physical possession of the goods. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following business day.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to accept the goods without notifying us at the same time.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not be refunded the shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
You lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal or seals on the goods.
Returning the goods and return costs
If you have canceled the purchase of an item, you must send the item to us:

Without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the goods within the 14 days. Goods cannot be sent cash on delivery or undelivered. You must pay for the return of the item yourself.
Refund of the purchase amount
When you cancel, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs, if you return the entire order. However, if you have chosen a delivery method that is more expensive than the cheapest delivery method we offer, you will not be refunded the additional cost. We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that the goods have been returned.
We will make such a refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees of any kind as a result of the refund.
Please attach a copy of the invoice, order confirmation or clearly attach a piece of paper with your details including the order number. This will facilitate our processing considerably.
Testing the product and packaging
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling of the goods other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
You may normally examine the goods in the same way as you can and may do in a shop, but you may not use them. If you have used it in a way that is not allowed or permitted in a shop and we cannot sell it again, or cannot sell it again at full price, you should expect us to deduct the depreciation in value from your refund. If the item no longer has a commercial value, we will not refund the purchase price. You must return the item in its original packaging.
You should also make sure that the item is properly wrapped when you return it. You bear the risk of the package/goods until we receive it. Therefore, ask for and save the postal receipt and track and trace number.
If you buy a product and there is a defect in it - e.g. a material or manufacturing defect - the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply. You can complain about defects in the product within 24 months from the time of delivery by returning the product to:

We ask you to provide as much detail as possible about the problem. This is not a requirement, but it makes it easier for us to find the error and minimizes the processing time for the complaint. In addition, please include your original order number and contact information.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs. Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and get a shipping receipt. Save the postal receipt including information about shipping costs and any track and trace number.
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. However, you must stop using the product when a complaint is found in order for us to be able to assess the complaint correctly. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be considered timely.
