    To trade on you must be 18 years of age and hold a valid debit card that we accept.

    Payment and delivery
    We receive payment with Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and MobilePay. If MobilePay is used for payment, a fee will be charged for the underlying debit card.

    The amount is only deducted when the item is shipped.

    The prices are stated in Danish kroner. In addition to the price must be added the price for shipping. You choose the shipping form at the end of the order process and you will see the exact price for the shipping form you have chosen.Prices range from 29.00 to 169.00.

    The order will be delivered 3-10 business days after your purchase. At the product level, you can always see the expected delivery time.

    We deliver the goods with GLS, PostNord and their partners and deliver throughout Europe as shown in our checkout when you choose the delivery address.

    You have the right to cancel an agreement without justification within 30 days.

    The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or another person of your choice receives the physical possession of the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitutional day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.

    You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

    Cancellation of part of the purchase
    If you purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

    Please note that you will not receive shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.

    Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
    You will lose the right of withdrawal if you break the seal or seal stickers on the goods.

    Without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 days. Items cannot be shipped per. demand or without distribution. You have to pay for the return of the item yourself.

    Repayment of the purchase amount
    When you cancel, we will refund all payments received from you, including any shipping costs, if you return the entire order. However, if you have chosen a form of delivery that is more expensive than the cheapest form of delivery we offer, you will not be reimbursed for the additional expense. We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the date we received your cancellation notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof that the goods have been returned.

    We will make such a refund with the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

    Please attach a copy of the invoice, order confirmation or clearly enclose a piece of paper with your information including the order number. It will facilitate our expedition considerably.

    Testing of the item and packaging
    You are only liable for one. deterioration in the value of the product due to the handling of the product other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of operation of the goods.

    You are usually allowed to examine the product in the same way that you can and must do in a business, but you must not use it. If you've used it in a way that you can't or can't do in a business, and we can't sell it again, or can't sell it at full price again, then we reckon we will deduct the depreciation in that amount, you must have back. If the item no longer has a trade value, we will not refund the purchase amount. You must return the item in the original packaging.

    You should also make sure that the item is properly wrapped when you return it. You yourself carry the risk of the package (s) until we receive it. Ask for and therefore save mail receipt and track and trace number.

    If you buy a product and there is a shortage of it - e.g. a material or manufacturing defect - the rules of the Purchase Act apply. You can complain about defects in the item within 24 months from the time of delivery by returning the item to:

    Please tell us as much as possible what the problem is. It is not a requirement, but it makes it easier for us to find the error and minimizes the processing time for the complaint. In addition, please provide your original order number, as well as contact information.

    If the claim is justified, we will reimburse your reasonable shipping costs. Remember that the item must always be shipped in proper packaging and receive a receipt for shipment. Save mail receipt incl. information on shipping costs and any track and trace number.

    You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you discover the defect in the item. However, you must stop using the product when a complaint is found, so that we can assess the complaint correctly. If you advertise within two months after the error is detected, the complaint will always be timely.
